Everything you'd hope for in a day of canoe coaching! We met Freddie and Nick at Loch Oich in the wet and wind but it didn't stop us all from having a full day of laughter and learning. With many "Eureka!" moments throughout the day, this was one of the best coaching sessions I've had. Looking forward to the next one!

Great day out with Peaks, Paddles & Pedals. on this occasion opted for paddle. The weather had it's up and downs but that didn't lower the tone of the day. Freddy and Nick were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Both of their teaching styles were adaptive which helped motivate the with the changing weather. We got out on 2 sessions of coaching. Coming from a background in outdoor sports I'd say this was hands down the best sessions I've had. I learnt new things and feel more confident going forward in my canoeing career. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to gain more skills or just looking for someone to guide them. They included boats, the gear and met us at the loch which was fantastic!

Would 100% recommend booking in for any adventure with these guys! They offer so much flexibility with activities and difficulty level and are so knowledgeable and supportive when teaching new skills. We went canoeing recently- the day was perfectly planned, went so smoothly and most of all was super fun! If you want to get out and have an adventure, but in a safe, supportive, hassle free way- these are your people! 🙂

Just finished a fabulous weekend with Peaks, Paddles and Pedals. A group of us took part in a weekend of rafting, canoeing and walking. Our party had a very different range of experience and comfort levels but the company seamlessly tailored each activity to suit every group member. The real stand out element was the guides, Nicola and Freddie who put everyone at ease instantly. Cool, calm, collected, incredibly encouraging and supportive but more importantly knowledgeable and responsive - just a delight to spend time with. Can’t recommend this company enough for a perfectly planned way to see the great outdoors!

My self and my partner had an absolutely brilliant time with Nicola and Freddie. They coped extremely well with a range of our abilities across the activities. With everything from the basics of canoeing, hiking and even some white water canoeing. Would highly recommend even if it’s just to meet their dogs Cooper and Meg!

A fantastic day out with True Adventure Scotland. The team planned the perfect walk, great views with history and local knowledge. I'm excited to get back to Scotland and do some more of the activities they have on offer.

Fred and Nicola were amazing instructors, they took every measure to give us the best experience ever! I felt so safe, they really know what they're doing. I absolutely recommend True Adventure Scotland! Thanks guys, see you again!
